Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition
• All original tags and labels must still be attached
• Items must be free from any odors, stains, or damage
• Original packaging and any accessories must be included
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

• Underwear and intimate apparel
• Items that have been altered or customized
• Items damaged by normal wear and tear
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items without original packaging or tags

We offer free exchanges for size or color within the same product line, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns and must be initiated within the 30-day return window.

• Exchanges are processed as returns followed by new orders
• You will receive tracking information for your exchange item
• If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund
• Price differences for exchanges will be charged or refunded accordingly

International Returns

International customers can return items using our global returns service:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for international orders
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Customs duties and taxes paid on original order are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase
• Additional processing time may be required for customs clearance

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

• Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost
• Full refund or replacement will be processed immediately
• No restocking fees apply to damaged or defective returns
